Okay, so I know I have been a slacker! Lazy, busy, probably a little of both! Probably more lazy to be honest! I like reading other peoples blogs! Updating is not as fun! I thought I would finally update after it has been like 2 months! With Christmas and New Years just past, I have been thinking a lot about our blessings (I know it is February now, but I am a little slow). I was going to post pictures, but again, I'm pretty lazy so I will just write a few of the things I am thankful for. I will try and update more soon (try).
First and foremost I am thankful for our Savior, Jesus Christ and for a loving Heavenly Father. I am thankful for Christ's birth and his life, and for what he has done for all of us! How truly thankful I am for that! I am so thankful for a Heavenly Father who loves all of us and listens to our prayers!
I am thankful for such a sweet husband. He is the most spiritual, funny, kind man I know (aside from my dad). I love him so much. I'm not sure what he is doing with me, but I am glad I tricked him somehow!
I am so thankful for our families! We have some pretty amazing family! They have blessed our lives so much! I can't even explain! We love them so much!
I am thankful for friends! God has placed some really amazing people in our lives that have helped us in so many ways!
I'm thankful for the gospel of Jesus Christ and that we have a living prophet that guides our church. I thankful for all the temples. How blessed we are!
Aside from the big things, here are a few smaller things I am also thankful for: cookies (love them! Maybe a little too much), clean sheets, new socks, rainy days, coloring books (relaxing!), dishwashers, inside plumbing, leaves in the fall, art, and little kid laughs (just to name a few)!
Thank you all so much for blessing our lives!! I feel like I said the word "much" about 15 times too many, but I really am thankful!

Sarah Palin dropped in to say hi
So, I am finally updating our blog. It has only been like two months. I love to come in and look at everyone else's, but I don't really ever have anything to post. We are pretty boring like that. We did have a pretty fun Halloween! My cousin Kim and Kyrstin came up to visit. One of Kyrstin's friends from V-town moved up here so she mostly hung out with her (Guess we weren't cool enough!). We had a good time! Kim seriously looked like Sarah Palin! It was cracking me up! We went out to eat, went shopping on Saturday (of course) and then all of us went down to a haunted house in Ogden Saturday night. Cam was stuck with all us girls! The haunted house was not too scary, but it was still fun! Everyone kept making me go first, I'm not sure why! It is probably because I am so brave! Okay, not really! I was actually pretty glad it wasn't scary! I seem to be a baby these days! I miss Kim a ton! She is so awesome! She totally makes me laugh! I have to say, we have been blessed to have some pretty amazing family and friends! I am so grateful for all of them! Looking at these pictures, I am kind of a cheese ball huh! I need to work on that!

Logan Canyon
I made Cam go for a drive last Sunday because it had rained. He is a pretty good sport sometimes. It looked so pretty! We look like a bunch of lazyies (totally a word) in our sweats. I just love Logan Canyon. Nuff said.

Days on the farm - with Treydan

We went over to Cam's house on the farm the other day. It is the best time of year to go! They are chopping corn, the weather is perfect, and it looks beautiful! We also got to hang-out with Treydan! One of our other adorable nephews! He is too dang cute! He is a little chatter-box! Look at how high that corn is too! Holy Cow! I also took pictures of Cam and Treydan driving through the Bear River. It probably wouldn't have worked so well if I had been on the back still! Just some cool pictures I wanted to post! Check out the one with Treydan throwing the corn! Cam takes much better pictures than I do!
This video makes me laugh! Obviously Cam loves this time of year on the farm! I'm not sure I would like that smell in my house all the time, but it is a bit more sentimental for Cam! The other half is of Treydan and I posing for pictures! Even Treydan took some pictures! They weren't too bad!

Applying for grad school
What have we been up to lately? Not much to be honest! We have been really busy trying to get everything ready to apply for PA school for Cam. We have been trying to type his paper (explaining why he wants to be a PA, etc). It is the most important part, and the hardest part! It can only be 495 words (about a page). It has been pretty rough! Wish us luck! We almost have the paper done. Crazy crazy! Poor Cam!

Bryckmen at the fair
So, I was a little slow at posting this video. I was going to post more video, but I am not very good at this technology stuff. This was my nephew Bryckmen's first fair ride! It cracked me up. He rode it once and loved it! The first of this video is him after he got off the ride the first time! He was really devastated! Ashley put him back on the ride and he was so excited!

I heart the Derby!

I love Demolition Derbies! They are the best! We went down to the Demo Derby in good old V-town last weekend. It was fun! A lot of my Dad's family was there, which made it a good time. I miss them all! Here are some pictures! I will try and put some video on tomorrow if I am feeling ambitious. Good old Bryckmen (too cute). Some pictures of Bryckmen on the fair rides too (which he loved) Kim and Brant (I miss my Kim). The picture of me and Cam is a little scary of me. Light right in my face. My eyes look orange. And what's with my cow lick that I always have? I had to post it though because in this picture you can tell that Cam's eyes are two different colors! I think it is so cool! There was also so motorbike riders as well. I don't know how I went to the Demolition Derby and got no pictures of cars though! Sad!
